Kinesiology Graduate student finds an instant career

What did you do before becoming a Fitness Together® franchisee?
Before buying her first studio, Holly trained there for four years. This was her first job out of graduate school.
Do you have a college degree? If so, in what area?
Holly has her B.A and Masters in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
What fitness certifications do you have?
Holly is a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Why Fitness Together® as opposed to opening your own fitness facility?
Holly fell in love with the Fitness Together® concept. She enjoys the emphasis on private training. She says the support of the brand is great and having a brand name clients recognize is good for business.
What’s the most rewarding part of being a Fitness Together® owner?
The greatest joy of owning a studio for Holly is hearing and seeing her clients get results. She takes great pride in hearing that her clients are living a better, healthier life because of Fitness Together®.
What part of being a business owner has been the most challenging for you?The most difficult part of owning her business is getting clients in the door in such a competitive industry. Holly recognizes that people have many choices when it comes to fitness facilities.
Would you like to own additional Fitness Together studios?
Holly currently owns two Fitness Together® studios and is open to the idea of owning more.
